本應用程式透過 Apple App Store 提供。Apple 的標準授權應用程式使用者授權協議（Standard EULA）亦適用於 App 授權；本條款補充說明 Attuned 的服務、帳號、訂閱與 App 內購買規則。如有衝突，以適用法律及 Apple 對 App Store 交易的規則為準。
本應用程式提供關係溝通輔助功能，包含 AI 對話解讀、生理週期追蹤及關係紀念日管理。
本應用程式提供的所有內容僅供參考，不構成心理諮詢、醫療建議或任何形式的專業輔導。
AI 解讀結果由語言模型生成，僅供參考。本應用程式不對 AI 輸出的準確性、適用性或完整性作出保證。

本應用程式提供免費版，以及 Pro 月費與 Pro 年費自動續訂方案。實際價格及幣別以購買畫面顯示的 App Store 當地價格為準。Attuned Pro 目前不提供免費試用或首購優惠；購買確認後立即開始訂閱期。
付款將於確認購買時由您的 Apple ID 帳戶收取。除非您在當期結束前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂，訂閱會依原方案自動續期，Apple 會在當期結束前 24 小時內向帳戶收取續期費用。
您可以在 iOS「設定 > Apple ID > 訂閱」或 App 內的 Customer Center 管理或取消訂閱。取消自動續訂後，Pro 權益通常會持續到已付款期間結束。訂閱的付款、退款與撤銷由 Apple 處理，適用 Apple 的付款及退款政策。
刪除 Attuned 帳號或移除 App 不會自動取消 Apple 訂閱。若仍有有效訂閱，請在刪除帳號前先至 Apple 訂閱設定管理或取消。可恢復的訂閱購買可透過 App 的「恢復購買」功能重新驗證。
當 active Pro 用戶的每日 AI 解讀額度不足時，App 可能提供一次性的 Emergency Decode Top-Up／緊急解讀額度補充包。此項目：
若 Apple 核准退款、撤銷或沖銷交易，相關未使用額度可能被移除，並依適用法律與 Apple 規則調整帳戶狀態。退款申請應透過 Apple 提出。
本應用程式的所有內容、設計、程式碼及商標均屬我方所有或獲授權使用。未經書面授權，不得複製、修改或散佈。
我們可能因維護、安全、法令或營運需要修改、暫停或終止全部或部分服務，並會在合理可行範圍內提供通知。對於已付款的有效訂閱期間與尚未使用的已購 Emergency Credits，我們會依適用法律及 Apple 規則提供持續使用、替代履行或其他必要處理。
免費方案的功能與使用額度可能隨時調整，我們不保證免費功能永久維持現有狀態。
本服務依「現況」提供，我們不保證服務不中斷或無錯誤。在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，我方不對因使用本應用程式所產生的間接、附帶或衍生損害負責，包括但不限於資料遺失、關係損害或其他損失。但因我方故意、重大過失，或依法不得排除或限制的責任，不在此限。
我方可能不定期修改本使用條款。重大變更將透過應用程式、公開條款頁面或其他合理方式通知。更新後繼續使用本應用程式，即表示您接受更新後的條款；若適用法律要求另行同意，我們會取得必要同意。

Welcome to Attuned ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies to the App license. These Terms supplement the Standard EULA with rules for Attuned's services, accounts, subscriptions, and in-app purchases. If terms conflict, applicable law and Apple's rules for App Store transactions control.
The App provides relationship communication assistance, including AI conversation analysis, menstrual cycle tracking, and relationship anniversary management.
All content provided by this App is for reference only and does not constitute psychological counseling, medical advice, or any form of professional guidance.
AI analysis results are generated by language models and are for reference only. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, suitability, or completeness of AI output.
Please use your own judgment. For significant relationship decisions, we recommend consulting a professional.
The App offers a free tier and auto-renewable Pro Monthly and Pro Annual subscriptions. Actual prices and currencies are the localized App Store prices displayed before purchase. Attuned Pro currently includes no free trial or introductory offer; the subscription period starts when the purchase is confirmed.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation. Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews under the same plan and Apple charges the account within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel a subscription under iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions or through the in-app Customer Center. After auto-renewal is cancelled, Pro access normally remains available until the end of the paid period. Apple processes subscription payments, refunds, and revocations under Apple's payment and refund policies.
Deleting your Attuned account or uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. If a subscription remains active, manage or cancel it through Apple before deleting the account. Restorable subscription purchases can be revalidated through the App's Restore Purchases feature.
When an active Pro member does not have enough daily AI analysis allowance, the App may offer an Emergency Decode Top-Up. This product:
If Apple approves a refund, revocation, or charge reversal, related unused credits may be removed and the account adjusted as permitted by applicable law and Apple's rules. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple.
All content, design, code, and trademarks in the App are owned by or licensed to us. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons and will provide notice where reasonably practicable. For an active paid subscription period and unused purchased Emergency Credits, we will provide continued use, substitute performance, or another remedy as required by applicable law and Apple's rules.
Features and usage limits of the free plan are subject to change at any time. We make no guarantee that free features will remain available in their current form indefinitely.
The App is provided "as is" and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including data loss, relationship harm, or other losses. This limitation does not apply to willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App, the public Terms page, or another reasonable method. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms; where applicable law requires separate consent, we will obtain it.
