概述
對頻 Attuned（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）致力於保護您的隱私。本政策說明我們如何收集、使用及保護您的資料。請仔細閱讀。
一、我們收集的資料
- 帳號與識別資料：電子郵件地址、Supabase 帳號 User ID，以及由 App 隨機產生並經單向雜湊的安裝識別碼（用於登入、資料連結、防詐及防止重複領取一次性訪客額度）
- 伴侶與健康相關資料：您自願填寫的關係資訊、星座、MBTI、月經週期、孕期起始日、紀念日等
- 使用者內容：您主動貼入、分享或上傳的對話文字與聊天截圖，僅用於完成 AI／OCR 分析
- 解讀結果與設定：AI 解讀結果、情緒分數、衝突機率、話題分類、關係設定及您選擇保留的內容
- 購買資料：訂閱狀態、消耗性 App 內購買、虛擬額度及交易識別資料
- 使用與診斷資料：功能使用、頁面互動、當機、效能及其他技術診斷資料
- 廣告相關資料（僅免費版）：Google AdMob 可能處理由 IP 推估的一般位置、裝置識別、廣告曝光與互動資料
我們不出售您的個人資料，也不會向廣告服務商提供您的週期、孕期、關係設定、原始對話、截圖或 AI 解讀結果。
⚠️ 重要：原始對話文字與截圖只在完成分析所需期間處理，不會持久儲存在 Attuned 的資料庫或物件儲存空間。
您選擇保留的解讀結果、關係設定、帳號、購買與額度紀錄會為提供服務而保存。
二、AI 分析處理
您輸入的文字與聊天截圖會透過加密連線傳送至第三方 AI 服務進行文字或影像分析。Attuned 在完成處理後丟棄原始文字與圖片，不將其持久儲存於資料庫或物件儲存空間。
- 第三方 AI 服務依其隱私政策及企業／API 資料條款處理資料
- 服務商可能基於安全監控、濫用防制或法令要求短暫保留傳輸資料
- 我們僅傳送完成使用者所要求分析所需的內容
三、資料儲存
- 資料儲存於 Supabase 提供的雲端資料庫，具備靜態加密（AES-256）及 SOC 2 Type II 認證
- 使用者資料以存取控制隔離，僅供該使用者及提供服務所必要的授權後端程序存取
- RevenueCat 處理訂閱、消耗性 App 內購買、Customer Center 與虛擬額度狀態
- Sentry 處理當機、效能及技術診斷資料；診斷紀錄不應包含原始對話或截圖
- 原始對話與截圖於完成分析後丟棄；帳號、使用者選擇保留的結果、關係設定、購買與額度紀錄會保存至提供服務不再需要、使用者刪除帳號，或法令要求的期間屆滿為止
- 刪除帳號後，我們最多保留 24 個月的不可逆安裝識別雜湊及一次性訪客額度狀態，僅用於防止重複領取與防詐；該紀錄不包含電子郵件、對話、截圖、解讀結果或關係資料
四、廣告（僅免費版）
本應用程式的免費版本會顯示由 Google AdMob 提供的廣告；訂閱 Pro 後不會顯示任何廣告。
- 我們只請求非個人化廣告（Non-Personalized Ads）——廣告內容不會基於您的興趣或行為輪廓投放
- 我們絕不會向廣告服務商提供您的週期、懷孕、關係或任何 AI 分析資料
- 本應用程式不會請求「App 追蹤透明度（ATT）」權限，也不進行跨應用程式追蹤
- AdMob 為了放送廣告，可能基於廣告投遞、頻次控制與詐欺防範之目的，處理裝置資訊（如 IP 位址、裝置型號）與廣告互動資料

六、您的權利
您有權：
- 查閱您的個人資料
- 要求更正不正確的資料
- 要求刪除您的帳號及相關個人資料；法律允許的最小防詐紀錄除外
刪除帳號可直接在 App 的個人檔案／帳號設定頁面操作，或來信申請。刪除 Attuned 帳號不會自動取消 Apple 訂閱；如有有效訂閱，請先至 iOS「設定 > Apple ID > 訂閱」管理或取消。

Overview
Attuned ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please read it carefully.
1. Data We Collect
- Account and identifier data: email address, Supabase account User ID, and a one-way hash of a random installation identifier generated by the App for authentication, data linking, fraud prevention, and preventing repeated claims of the one-time guest allowance
- Partner and health-related data: relationship information, zodiac sign, MBTI, menstrual-cycle data, pregnancy start date, anniversaries, and similar information you voluntarily provide
- User content: conversation text and chat screenshots you paste, share, or upload, processed only for the requested AI/OCR analysis
- Interpretation results and settings: AI interpretation results, emotion scores, conflict probability, topic classifications, relationship settings, and content you choose to retain
- Purchase data: subscription status, consumable in-app purchases, virtual-currency balance, and transaction identifiers
- Usage and diagnostic data: feature use, screen interactions, crash, performance, and other technical diagnostic data
- Advertising data (free tier only): Google AdMob may process coarse location inferred from IP address, device identifiers, and ad impression or interaction data
We do not sell your personal data. We do not provide your cycle, pregnancy, relationship settings, raw conversations, screenshots, or AI interpretation results to advertising providers.
⚠️ Important: Raw conversation text and screenshots are processed only for the time needed to complete the requested analysis and are not persistently stored in Attuned's database or object storage.
Interpretation results you choose to retain, relationship settings, account data, purchase records, and balance records are stored to provide the service.
2. AI Processing
Your text and chat screenshots are transmitted over encrypted connections to third-party AI services for text or image analysis. Attuned discards the raw text and images after processing and does not persist them in its database or object storage.
- Third-party AI providers process data under their privacy policies and enterprise/API data terms
- Providers may retain transmitted data briefly for safety monitoring, abuse prevention, or legal obligations
- We transmit only the content needed to perform the analysis requested by the user
3. Data Storage
- Data is stored in Supabase cloud infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest and SOC 2 Type II certification
- User data is isolated through access controls and may be accessed only by that user and authorized backend processes required to provide the service
- RevenueCat processes subscription, consumable in-app purchase, Customer Center, and virtual-currency status
- Sentry processes crash, performance, and technical diagnostic data; diagnostic records should not include raw conversations or screenshots
- Raw conversations and screenshots are discarded after analysis. Account data, user-retained results, relationship settings, purchase records, and balance records are retained until no longer needed to provide the service, the account is deleted, or an applicable legal retention period ends
- After account deletion, we retain only the irreversible installation hash and one-time guest-allowance status for up to 24 months to prevent repeat claims and fraud. This record does not contain email, conversations, screenshots, interpretation results, or relationship data
4. Advertising (Free Tier Only)
The free version of the App displays ads served by Google AdMob; Pro subscribers see no ads.
- We request non-personalized ads (NPA) only — ads are never targeted based on your interests or behavioral profile
- We never share your cycle, pregnancy, relationship, or AI analysis data with ad providers
- The App does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission and performs no cross-app tracking
- To serve ads, AdMob may process device information (such as IP address and device model) and ad-interaction data for ad delivery, frequency capping, and fraud prevention

6. Your Rights

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal data, except minimal anti-fraud records permitted by law
Account deletion can be performed in the App under Profile/Account settings, or by contacting us. Deleting your Attuned account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. If you have an active subscription, manage or cancel it first under iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
