對頻 Attuned（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）致力於保護您的隱私。本政策說明我們如何收集、使用及保護您的資料。請仔細閱讀。
一、我們收集的資料
- 帳號資訊：電子郵件地址（用於登入驗證）
- 伴侶資料：您自願填寫的關係資訊（星座、MBTI、週期、紀念日等），僅用於個人化分析
- 分析結果：AI 解讀後的情緒分數、衝突機率、話題分類等統計數據
- 對話長度：輸入訊息的字元數（不含內容）
⚠️ 重要：您輸入的對話文字內容不會儲存至我們的資料庫。
我們只儲存 AI 分析後的統計結果，而非您的原始對話。
二、AI 分析處理
您輸入的對話內容會透過加密連線傳送至 Anthropic Claude API 進行分析，並在取得結果後立即丟棄，不予保留於本應用程式或其伺服器。
- Anthropic API 依據其隱私政策處理資料，不會將 API 輸入用於模型訓練
- Anthropic 可能基於安全監控目的，短暫保留傳輸資料（約 30 天）

三、資料儲存
- 資料儲存於 Supabase 提供的雲端資料庫，具備靜態加密（AES-256）及 SOC 2 Type II 認證
- 每位使用者的資料透過存取控制隔離，僅限本人讀取
- 分析統計資料（情緒分數、話題等）將依保留政策定期清理

Overview
Attuned ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please read it carefully.
1. Data We Collect
- Account information: email address (for authentication)
- Partner profile: relationship details you voluntarily provide (zodiac, MBTI, cycle data, anniversaries, etc.), used solely for personalized analysis
- Analysis results: AI-derived statistics including emotion scores, conflict probability, and topic classifications
- Message length: character count of your input (content excluded)
⚠️ Important: The text content of your conversations is never stored in our database.
We only store statistical results derived from AI analysis, not your raw conversation text.
2. AI Processing
Your conversation text is transmitted via encrypted connection to the Anthropic Claude API for analysis, then immediately discarded — it is not retained on our servers or in our database.
- Anthropic processes data under its own privacy policy and does not use API inputs for model training
- Anthropic may retain transmitted data for approximately 30 days for safety monitoring purposes

3. Data Storage
- Data is stored in Supabase cloud infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest and SOC 2 Type II certification
- Each user's data is access-controlled and readable only by that user
- Analytical statistics (emotion scores, topics, etc.) are subject to periodic cleanup under our retention policy
